On May 15th, 2020, Porters held a Webinar for Recruitment Business with the theme “Effects of Covid-19 on Recruitment Agencies”. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many businesses to adopt new measures to secure a firm spot during and after the pandemic to ensure their continuation. The aim was that despite the difficult situation caused by the pandemic, there was an opportunity to learn from each other on what is being implemented, the results and what could be explored by the individual companies. During the Webinar, the results of a survey conducted by Porters on the “Effects of Covid-19 on Recruitment Agencies” was also shared.
It was a delight to have Mr. Kosuke Soejima of Reeracoen Singapore Pte join the webinar as a guest and give some insight on how their recruitment business has been affected by COVID-19. Reeracoen is a group of recruitment companies in Asia which started with the first office in Singapore and expanded its operations to 21 branches across 10 countries within a span of 7 years.
Attendees from various South East Asian countries graced the webinar and their participation by engaging the guest contributed immensely to achieving the purpose of the session which was to learn from each other.
