『Progress Navigator』 to visualize the progress of Job orders

「Progress Navigator」is a free HRBC application to track the progress of Job orders and identify stagnation in the process by visual representation of the progress.
Intuitively visualize the progress and stagnation of job orders, job seekers and the recruitment process, and encourage you to take the necessary actions.

Job orders, Job Seekers are arranged such that the 'on demand' ones apear at the top of the list

Jobs and resumes that have been 'open' for a short period of time and do not have process will be displayed at the top of the list.
・The record will be marked "HOT" if it's within two weeks of 'opening'.
・Any record that hasn't made progress within the two weeks since it 'open' will be displayed with (!) mark.

In addition, Job orders that have not progressed within two weeks of 'opening' will be shown in red.

The selection process is displayed in order based on job orders that need to be updated

The selection process is displayed based on the number of days that have elapsed since the date updated.
The number of days elapsed and the phases of the processes can be narrowed down so that you can understand the selection process you need to take action on now.
